Recipe for Guava and Cream Cheese Cake Loaf
You will Need
One box of RSC Vanilla Batter and one box of RSC Vanilla Buttercream (each box yields 4 loafs)
Guava preserve
Whipped Cream Cheese
Small mini loaf pans (for example (http://www.amazon.com/Wilton-Excelle-Elite-4-Cup-Mini/dp/B0000DIX7P
To make the Loafs
Cut top of RSC Vanilla Batter Bag along dotted line and
Add 2 level tablespoons of guava preserve to the batter
Close Top of Bag using the provided closure and knead.
Line your mini loaf pans or use non stick baking spray.
Then cut bottom tip of bag and fill your pans half way to allow for rising.
Bake in the Small mini loaf pans
Frost when loafs are completely cooled
To make the Cream Cheese Frosting
Cut top of RSC Vanilla Buttercream Bag along dotted line and
Add 1/4 cup of whipped Cream Cheese
Close Top of Bag using the provided closure and knead
Then cut bottom tip of bag and push down the decorative tip
Squeeze Buttercream in small circles until top is completely frosted
Optional
If you like you can add just a little line of jam to top of loaf prior to baking.
Garnish by drizzling thinned(watered down) guava jelly on top of frosted loaf.
